To complete this verification, simply reply to this message and leave the subject line intact this process will only be required once and all future emails will automatically be delivered to me.

If you contact me via email, wanting information or support, then do me the courtesy of approving me in your vaunted spam system when you contact me. My time is just as important as yours.

I use Google to host my email accounts and I don't have spam problems, despite receiving close to 200 a day now. Maybe a new technical solution is in order folks.

Steve thanks for your reply unfortunately when email accounts go from one person to the next the amount of SPAM messages that are generated is out of control. So having an email account which has been assigned to you since the beginning is easier to control than an account that has been used by multiple folks.

We catch hundreds of email a day marked as SPAM and look to see that our filter does not capture something that might be important. So having a filter in which you stated above allows for us to cut down on the junk mail that is sent to our accounts. We appreciate the support folks give us and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you but after you reply to the initial email all future emails will be delivered without a problem.
