US Youth Soccer added another opportunity for youth soccer educators with the addition of the Coaches Connection. The latest tool for soccer educators has received great reviews from its new members. The Coaches Connection provides members with a link to the US Youth Soccer Coaching Education Network: the National Director of Coaching Education and staff, plus 55 State Association Directors of Coaching Education and their staff, as well as guest lecturers from around the world! Coaching Licensing Requirements:

RE: Requirement that all MYSA coaches hold a minimum of an “F” coaching license.
Reasoning:
To raise the level of coaching and therefore raise the quality of instruction and standard of play within the state of Missouri. Coach/Education Development is a continuous and ongoing affair. The Coaching License Program (State Coaching School) is part of a National Program designed to instruct and teach soccer coaches so that they will become better informed on not only the game and it’s finer points, but also on the physical requirements, mental requirements, team management aspects, injury care and prevention as well as understanding the laws of the game. The ultimate goal of this program is to provide the coaching participants with quality information so they in turn are able to develop their players to the best of their ability.

If you have a copy of your license but it does not have a number or it you will need to fax it to the state office at 636-936-8936 so they can assign a number to it. Please put your address, birthdate and phone number in the upper corner of the page so they can enter the proper data into the file.
If you do not have a copy or it is not in the master state file you will have to take the class over again.
